How are products shipped?
Products will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the least expensive/quickest option. This option will that of the management of Delicious Parties Consultants Corner. Any specific request should be made via email PRIOR to ordering.
Can products in the advertising category be customized?
ABSOLUTELY! In fact most of the products in this catagory require your logo, business contact information or other form of personalization. If you have any questions as to whether Delicious Parties is capable of a specific request, we urge you to email us PRIOR to placing your order.
I received an email stating my item is on BACKORDER, what does this mean?
Because of the extremely LIMITED nature of the products we sell, there will be occasions where the item you ordered is OUT OF STOCK. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally (We couldn't update the website fast enough!), or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. In this case, you will receive an e-mail or phone call notifying you of the circumstances. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
